The Rose and Crown is owned and run
by brother and sister team Ben and Lucy Williams. They are from a local
family and, as such, are passionate about utilising local North Yorkshire produce and
services wherever possible.
This has the advantage of ensuring
that the journey from Earth to Plate is as short as it can be.
